GoToGo – Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed once payment is successfully received and a booking ID is issued.
2. Cancellation Policy (Airport Shuttle / Fleet / Intercity / Shuttle to Agra)
- a) Airport Shuttle Service (Gurgaon → Delhi Airport)
- Non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
- No refund for no-show or late arrival beyond the scheduled departure.
- If GoToGo cancels due to operational issues, a 100% refund or reschedule option will be offered.
- b) Fleet Service (Local Travel / Corporate Travel)
- Cancellation before 24 hours: Full refund
- Cancellation within 24 hours: 50% charge
- Cancellation within 6 hours: 100% charge
- c) Intercity Travel
- Cancellation before 48 hours: Full refund
- 24–48 hours: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours: No refund
- d) Shuttle to Agra – Same Day Tour
- Booking is non-refundable due to pre-scheduled vehicle & itinerary arrangements.
- Rescheduling is allowed 24 hours prior (subject to availability).
3. Delays & Rescheduling
If delays or cancellations occur due to:
- Natural calamities
- Strikes
- Political unrest
- Roadblocks
- Government restrictions
GoToGo will offer: Complimentary rescheduling OR Refund after deducting irreversible expenses (if any)
4. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the bank/payment provider.
