1. Service Usage
By booking with GoToGo, you agree to abide by our service terms, safety guidelines, and payment policies.
2. Airport Shuttle Service (Fixed Route)
- Seats are allotted on a first-come-first-served basis.
- Shuttle operates strictly as per schedule. No waiting time.
- No refunds for no-show or late arrival.
- Luggage must comply with airline weight/size limits.
- GoToGo is not responsible for flight delays or missed flights due to traffic or late passenger arrival.
3. Fleet & Intercity Travel
- Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, detours, and extra mileage.
- Passengers must maintain vehicle hygiene and avoid damage.
- Drivers reserve the right to refuse service in cases of unsafe or unlawful behavior.
4. Shuttle to Agra
- Timings and itinerary may change due to weather or traffic conditions.
- Monument entry tickets & meals (unless specified) are not included.
- Passengers must carry a valid ID for entry at monuments.
5. Safety & Conduct
- Passengers are expected to:
- Wear seatbelts at all times
- Avoid consuming alcohol inside the vehicle
- Respect driver instructions for safety
6. Liability
- GoToGo will not be held liable for:
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or road conditions
- Loss of personal belongings
- Unforeseen events beyond operational control
7. Data & Privacy
All customer information is handled under our Privacy Policy. GoToGo does not sell personal data to third parties.
8. Amendments
GoToGo reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice.
